2.Alternatively, if your mobile phone or PDA with WiFi connection, and looking to activate your WiFi WiFi connection of your  choice. (Please remember that most of the WiFi service subscription).

3.Select the browser contained in your phone (eg Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari, Mobile Web, etc..).
Go to the website using the browser by typing http://www.penang.gov.my and click OK / Enter / Submit. Screen below will appear on your phone screen (depending on brand and model).
