Requirements for Qualification:

-  Citizen

-  Residence in Penang

-  Age above 21

-  Does not own a house/property (land)

-  Family income below RM1,500 (for low cost housing)

-  Family income below RM2,500 (for medium cost housing)

Supporting Documents

-  Copy of Identity Card of applicant and spouse

-  Copy of Marriage Certificate

-  Copy of Identity Card or Birth Certificate of dependants

-  EPF statement of applicant and spouse

-  Salary statement of applicant and spouse

-  Sworn Declaration of Income (for self-employed applicants)

-  Copy of Business Registration/Business Licence (for applicants who are proprietors)    

-  Copy of Death Certificate (for deceased spouse of applicants)

-  Copy of Pensions Card

-  Former Army Personnel Certification Letter
